Warranty & Technical Services
All Thermomix ® products and accessories meet the highest Vorwerk standards. In the unlikely event of a defect simply call our service team on the below number and we’ll be happy to help. Your Thermomix ® comes with a 2 year domestic warranty and a 1 year commercial warranty.
Thermomix ® may only be repaired by an authorized Vorwerk repair center. Thermomix ® may only be used with official Vorwerk spare parts, never use Thermomix ® in combination with parts or equipment not made by Vorwerk. Failure to comply with the above provisions will void your warranty.
